Is it possible to return the product?

We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products. If any item does not fully meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of returning it within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to obtain a Voucher for the purchase amount. We request that the products be returned in their original condition, without use or alterations, and accompanied by all their labels and original packaging. The steps to follow are:

  1. Send us an email to info@hassliebe.store , with the subject: "Return or exchange / shipping number / email".
  2. We proceed to send you the return label.
  3. We receive the return and confirm receipt of it and that the conditions are optimal.
  4. We send you a Voucher for the value of the product so you can buy another product from our store.

After 14 days from receipt, we will not be able to accept a return of the product.

Who is responsible for shipping costs in case of a return?

Please note that costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding and we are available to assist you in the return process, guaranteeing a satisfactory purchasing experience.

Are there additional costs for international shipping?

If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to tariffs, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. Hassliebe takes care of shipping, but not any local costs.

The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the product.

For customs reasons, the order may also be delayed.

What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex (American Express), Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. These options are designed to offer you flexibility and security in your purchases in our store.

Can I modify my order?

Once you have placed your order and payment has been made, we cannot modify its components.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to wait until you receive it. To process any changes, please send an email to info@hassliebe.store and we will send you the relevant instructions.

If you need to change the shipping address, please email us at info@hassliebe.store and we may be able to assist you. Otherwise, you will have to wait to receive the tracking number so you can then contact the shipping agency and make the change.

I have not received my order, what happened?

If your order does not arrive, our logistics operator will try to contact you for a successful delivery. You can also contact the shipping company to coordinate a new delivery.

The main causes of non-reception are:

  • Wrong address: Please make sure the address is correct.
  • Failed deliveries: DHL will attempt to deliver up to two times before dropping it off at a collection point.

If the order is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a voucher for the amount so you can use it for future purchases. We do not resend orders.

Can I return a Gift Card?

The Gift Card is not included in our return policy, so we do not accept its return.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately, only one discount voucher is allowed to be used per purchase.
