Commitment to your Satisfaction: We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products. In the event that an item does not fully meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of returning it.

Return Period: You can return the products within a period of 14 days from the date you receive them . If more than 14 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we will not be able to accept a return of the product.

Return Shipping: Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is important that the product is returned in its original condition, including all labels and original packaging. This ensures that we can process your return efficiently and offer you the best possible solution.

At Hassliebe we value your satisfaction above all else. We know that each garment is specially made to order, but if something doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help. Before making your purchase, we recommend that you carefully review our size guide.

If you need to return a product, we will offer you a Voucher for the value of your purchase so you can enjoy another selection in our store.

    Return Process: If you need to make a return, the process is simple. If the item is defective or in poor condition, please contact us by sending an email to info@hassliebe.store with the subject "Return / order number / email" , and include photos of the item in the email. This will help us understand the problem and offer you a suitable solution quickly.

    For everything else, specify in the email the reason for your return request without having to send photos initially. Once we receive your message, we will respond to you with instructions ( return label ) detailed to proceed with the return. At Hassliebe, we are here to help each other and ensure that your experience with us is as rewarding as possible.

    Changes: If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact info@hassliebe.store .

    Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are given, for example if the item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

    Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

    Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing time before your refund is officially reflected.

    Sale Items: Only full price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards.

    Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a Voucher for the value of your return upon receipt of the returned item. If the gift was not marked as such or was sent to the person who gave it to you, the Voucher will be issued to the person who made the purchase.

    Important note: If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
